Coffee Fellows in Hahn

Pretty bad quality of drinks... I ordered matcha latte and a worker gave me the drink with lots of unmelted powder that was stuck on bottom and sides :O Ironically, the slogan of the shop is "feel at home" but the drink reminded green mild in someone's bathroom. This was probably the worst matcha drink in my life.

From inept and unfriendly employees who don't even know their own products. About understaffing and bad products. Poor, but in the terminal after the security check the only way to eat.

Rarely been treated so unfriendly, you stand in front of the baked goods and would like to order but will only be viewed without interest and cited in front of the cash register. Instead of serving the guests with a smile, the guest is ignored and the Russian conversation with the colleague is continued. On additional wishes is reacted with twisting eyes.

Starting with the fact that the staff is rude and the eyes twisted when you order something, the cream cheese was not good on the bagel. When I mentioned this to the employee, there was no replacement or refund. Instead, it was only discussed. Impossible!

Very unfriendly staff! We bought a lot in the waiting area after the security check, including a bottle of Mezzo Mix, this bottle of Mezzo Mix did not hiss when opened and tasted funny, it was non-carbonated and had a strange taste. When we told the lady behind the counter, she drove us to ask what she could do and who should pay for it? I said that she had to change it because there was something wrong with this bottle. She said that she can not do anything, the boss wants the money and she can not change the bottle. She said that in a very aggressive tone. Unfortunately we had to go to the gate, otherwise I would have discussed that. But one thing is clear, I will never buy anything again in this caffee. We fly 5 - 6 times a year from Hahn, but I've never experienced anything like that. Service is different !!! Ps .: this star is still too much !!!

Unfriendly staff, no cold brew in the midsummer ???? Again a bad experience with coffee fellows as always. Coffee fellows should train their staff better !!

I asked for one Matcha Latte and it was disgusting, also the service wasn’t the best, very angry staff and almost yelling at clients.

The unfriendly service made me cancel the order I had already placed #niewieder luckily there is also a mcdonald at the airport;)

Pretty good. Stopped for beers which weren't cheap, but it's an airport. Lady at the counter was friendly even though I didn't speak much German.

Disappointing. Bagels were not fresh but packed from a plastic bag and a taste like wet paper. Coffee was ok, but they had no cream so they just didn't put some on it and said nothing. Service was dull and emotionless, while she barely understood our order. Heavily overpriced.

My drink was prepared incorrectly. I ordered with soy milk, but received with normal milk. That can happen and it wouldn't have been a big problem for me. But after the complaint, you could clearly hear how the boss approached the employee and then blasphemed about her with her colleague.

I don't know much about fellows yet and when I didn't order the lady behind the counter quickly enough she said I should hurry up! Service desert!?! # never again

It's just a shame that if you choose something individually, everything is billed separately and it is not pointed out that there is also a cheaper combination. Too bad afterwards: If you had to order like this - thank you will not come back!

The visit was just in the pants. Waited long, coffee lazy, staff rude, muffin old, dirty seat ...

Horrible service! Frist of all the lady up front doesn't speack any english. At all.. and it's an airport! More then that, she is extrimly rude with the customers. She just doesn't respond if you try to comunicate something to her in a "broken" german. She just looks at you like at a pice of sh**. When I spoke russian to her (wich was her mother language) she replyed.. with an atitude... rolling her eyes, raising her voice, throwing things at us. Well I just hope this comment gets seen by some supervisor of coffee fellows because this atidude is totally unacceptable!
